Freshers Week is one amazing week of activities, events and fun to kick start your University experience!

This year Welcome Weekend will commence on Saturday 15 September, with Freshers Week starting on Monday 17 September and ending on Friday 21 September.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be updating this page with information on what you can expect and look forward to, but until then here are some things you can do before you get here -

Think about becoming a Hall Rep

This year we're launching our Student Hall Rep Scheme and if you have an interest in events or campaign management, representation, advocacy or would just like to get involved in a Committee that seeks to ensure our students living on campus have the best possible year then this is the role for you!

To be eligible you must be living in Student Halls on either our Park or Avenue Campuses and you can find the full role description and volunteer specification below. In return you'll learn great skills that will look fantastic on your CV, have the opportunity (and budget) to organise social events and trips for your halls and receive a FREE HOODIE!
