Legs Bums and Tums

Want to keep fit, but our team sports are not your cup of tea?  

Not to worry, we have it covered.  The Students' Union are proud to introduce our FREE Legs, Bums and Tums class.  

 

What is Legs, Bums & Tums?  

Legs, Bums and Tums classes are a fun way for you to tone your body.  The full body aerobic workout aims to target your thighs, bum and stomach helping you not only to tone up, but lose weight.  The class is suitable for all, no matter what your level of fitness.
