The University of Northampton Students’ Union invites you to join us in celebrating the achievements of our student volunteers in one, exceptional night as we present…

This year, the Northampton Guildhall plays host to this illustrious black tie event. You can expect a delicious two course meal and live performance from our surprise act. Expect more surprises as the night unfolds with a photography team to capture every moment.

 

Early bird tickets are on sale from 9:30am on Friday 3rd February. You can buy them here

Terms & Conditions

Tables

  • Upon purchasing a ticket you will be asked to state the society or volunteering project you are part of and thus want to sit with; you may state your preference if you would like to sit with another student group
  • Smaller tables will be put together to make up tables of 10

Plus ones (guests)

  • Students are free to bring a plus-one (inc. non-students) however guests must purchase a full price ticket from the SU Reception (2nd release - £15)
  • Upon purchasing a ticket as a guest, or on behalf of a guest, the individual must state the name of the student that accepts overall responsibility for said guest.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket 

Ticket Collection

  • Once you have purchased a ticket online, you will need to collect your physical ticket from the Students’ Union Reception (Park campus) between 10 – 4pm (opening hours).

Dietary Requirements

  • Please remember to state any dietary requirements upon collection of tickets i.e. halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, no alcohol etc.

Entry to the Venue

  • It is required that you present the following items upon entry to the venue:
    • Ticket
    • Student ID
    • Valid form of ID (e.g. passport, driving licence)
  • The venue operates a strict think 25 policy; if you cannot present a valid form of identification you will be refused entry to the venue
