A newly founded Amnesty International society, interested in the key aims of protecting human rights around the world by putting pressure on organisations and governments to adapt the way they approach issues on human rights in their societies, and to promote fairness and equality throughout the world.

We're looking for students who are passionate in their beliefs that all humans around the world should share the same level of equality to help us promote Amnesty International around the uni, and to help raise awareness of these issues and raise funds for the campaigns.

Current issues we are looking at are of those in Syria, and women's rights in Saudi Arabia, such as the ban on them being allowed to drive.
